Real World Experience With Office Desk Phones

I’m looking for some honest feedback from people who have used a Poly ip phone in daily office work. I’m not trying to compare brands, just understand real use cases. Did you face any setup or call quality issues at the start? How much does network stability really affect day to day calling? If you’ve worked with systems from Poly, I’d like to know what challenges showed up over time and what you wish you had known earlier.
